Here's the video of last night's Ritual Night Talk, focusing on energy work and the Middle Pillar Ritual. I also spent some time on the Elevenfold Seal, which I'm convinced has a similar function using explicitly Thelemic godnames and symbolism. Learning some form of energy work is very important if you want to get really good results with your magick.
