In this video I discuss one of the most basic ceremonial rituals out there that tends to be the first thing taught to beginners in the both the Thelemic and Golden Dawn magical systems. I still get questions about it on a pretty regular basis, and there are some finer points to it that are hard to get from reading about it online or in books.
