In the my first magical misconceptions talk, I discussed some popular culture ideas about magick like the "Satanic panic" of the 1980s and the similar reptilian/illuminati/qanon nonsense of today. In this talk I focus more on what I consider technical misconceptions about magick itself, how it works, and how you should approach your practice.
