Here is the video of last night's Via Solis Libra Elixir Rite.
Libra rules "Works of Justice and Equilibrium," so it is a good general power for all sorts of operations. With everything going on in the world right now my intent focused on the social and political spheres, but as "equilibrium is the basis of the work" there are many other possible applications of this power for practicing magicians.
